a warm welcome to our restaurant ...

As well as traditional and Franconian dishes, our menu offers a selection of seasonal and Mediterranean dishes.
Our extensive wine list features a selection of German, French and Italian wines. In addition to bottled wines, we also offer a wide range of wines by the glass.
Our service team will be happy to advise you on your choice of food and wine.

OUR KITCHEN IS OPEN FROM:

Lunch (see separate lunch menu):
Monday to Sunday – from 12:00 to 13:45 (last orders)

Dinner:
Monday to Sunday – from 18:00 to 20:30 (last orders)
From 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm, you can choose from the snack and dessert menu.

If you have any allergies, please let us know before placing your order! This is the only way we can ensure that the risk of an allergic reaction is kept to a minimum!

We have summarised the allergens in the dishes we offer in a separate information sheet. The allergens listed are based on our current knowledge and the information provided by our suppliers. Our staff are trained and instructed accordingly to keep the risk of cross-contamination as low as possible. However, due to the wide variety of products, we cannot completely rule out the possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be present. All 14 allergens are processed in our kitchen!

We are happy to provide information about the various allergens contained in our dishes. Furthermore, the additives are listed on the original menu in the restaurant.

Yes, guests who are not staying at the hotel are also very welcome to enjoy à la carte dining with us.

Yes, we kindly ask outside guests to reserve in advance. This helps avoid disappointment if we are unable to seat additional guests due to high occupancy, private functions or other events taking place at the hotel that day.

Our menu combines traditional Franconian dishes with seasonal and Mediterranean specialties.

Yes, depending on the current menu, we also offer vegetarian and in some cases vegan dishes. Please ask our service team for details.

Yes, we offer a well-stocked wine list with wines by the glass and bottled wines, with a particular focus on Germany and Italy.

Lunch orders are accepted daily from 12:00 pm to 1:45 pm. Dinner orders are accepted daily from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. A snack and cake menu is also available from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Yes, in the afternoon we offer a snack and cake menu.  

Yes, our menu also reflects seasonal ingredients and seasonal specialties, so dishes may vary throughout the year.

We are happy to receive your reservation by phone or direct inquiry with Hotel Kaiseralm. Advance reservation is especially recommended for outside guests.
