Our house - the family-run Hotel Kaiseralm - is a private hotel in the heart of the Fichtelgebirge, on the edge of the forest and the village of Bischofsgrün. Nestled between the two highest peaks - the Ochsenkopf and the Schneeberg - you will find the right setting for a relaxing stay.

Stephanie Schreiner returns to her parents' business and takes over the position of hotel manager. After her apprenticeship as a chef and her time in the kitchen, she completed further training to become a state-certified hotel manager for the hotel and restaurant industry in Pegnitz. With her previous knowledge and experience, she will work together with her parents on the future and further direction of the Hotel Kaiseralm and also actively participate in the daily business. As in the past, it is important to meet the expectations of our guests and to constantly adapt the offer accordingly. Stephanie Schreiner can rely on a great and experienced team and has the full support of her parents, who will continue to work in the business and support her in word and deed.

Our Kaiseralm is also an ideal starting point for the Wagner Festival in Bayreuth. Enjoy the wonderful nature of the Fichtelgebirge next to the performances in the festival hall. We offer a transfer bus to the Festspielhaus for almost all performances. On days with transfer, we serve small and large delicacies from the Kaiseralm kitchen after the performance. An e-charging station with two connections has been available to our house guests in our car park. The charging stations have 11 kWh per connection. Ask at our reception for the current price for the kWh. The station is only available to our hotel guests - this is not a public charging station. The refuelling will be charged via your credit card.
