In addition to traditional and Franconian dishes, our menu offers you a selection of seasonal and Mediterranean dishes.

In our well-stocked wine list you will find a selection of German, French and Italian wines. In addition to bottled wines, you will also find a variety of wines by the glass.

Monday to Sunday - from 12:00 to 13:45 (order acceptance)

Dinner:

Monday to Sunday - from 18:00 to 20:30 (order acceptance)

and after the Wagner Festival - on advance booking
(after the performances: Der Ring der Nibelungen" (Das Rheingold / Die Walküre / Siegfried / Götterdämmerung), Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, Tristan & Isolde, Lohengrin, Parsifal)

You can choose from the snack and cake menu from 14:00 to 17:30.

All our prices include service charge and the current VAT.

Allergens and additives

If you are allergic, please inform us of your allergy before ordering! This is the only way we can ensure that the risk of an allergic reaction can be minimised!

We have summarised the allergens for the dishes on offer for you in a separate information sheet. The allergens listed correspond to our current knowledge and information from our suppliers. Our employees are trained and instructed accordingly in order to minimise possible cross-contamination. Nevertheless, due to the variety of products, it is not possible for us to completely rule out the possibility that allergens may be present in traces. All 14 allergens are processed in our kitchen!
