At just 28 years old, Marcel Walther is the oldest member of our kitchen team - and full of creativity. He has been part of the "Kaiseralm family" since 2017 and has gradually developed into head chef.

His management style is characterised by team spirit: a young, motivated team stands behind him and together they harmonise tradition and innovation. The tried-and-tested classics of our cuisine are of course retained, but Marcel complements them step by step with new creations that make the culinary offering varied and contemporary.

As head chef, he combines craftsmanship with a sure instinct for flavour, regionality and modern gastronomy - always with the aim of delighting our guests.
