Yes, guests who are not staying with us are also very welcome to join us for an à la carte dinner. Please book your table in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your visit.

We generally ask guests coming from outside the area to book in advance. If we are fully booked, hosting private functions or running other events at the same time, we may not be able to accommodate any further guests. By booking in advance, you can avoid making a wasted journey.

You can contact us by telephone on 09276 800 or by email at info@kaiseralm.de. Please let us know your preferred date, the time and the number of people. For last-minute bookings, we recommend that you call us. Your booking is confirmed as soon as we have confirmed it.

We take dinner bookings daily from 6.00 pm to 8.30 pm. These times may vary, for example, due to events or special offers. Please let us know your preferred arrival time when making your booking.

Our evening menu combines traditional Franconian cuisine with seasonal and Mediterranean dishes. You can look forward to starters, soups, meat and fish dishes, vegetarian options and desserts. You’ll find the current selection on this page.

Yes, our evening menu includes vegetarian dishes and, depending on what’s available, vegan options too. Some dishes can be adapted upon request. Please let us know about any special dietary requirements when you make your booking, if possible.

Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances, if possible, when you make your booking and, in any case, before you place your order. Our service team will provide you with information on the allergens that must be labelled and will check with the kitchen to confirm which dishes are suitable. As our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients containing allergens, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of unintentional traces of other allergens.

Yes, the preparation and carving at the table are among the special culinary experiences on offer at our restaurant. Depending on the current evening menu, we offer, for example, beef carpaccio, linguine made from a whole Parmesan wheel, or a Chateaubriand carved at the table for two people. Our service team will be happy to tell you about the current selection.

Our well-stocked wine list offers a selection of wines by the glass and by the bottle, with a particular focus on Germany and Italy. We’d be happy to recommend a wine that complements your dish and suits your personal taste.

Yes, we adapt our evening menu to the season. Seasonal ingredients and changing specialities complement our Franconian and Mediterranean dishes. The availability of individual dishes may therefore vary depending on the season and what is in stock.
