On days when there are no performances during the Wagner Festival, we accept orders until 8.30 pm.

On days when *Rienzi*, *Der Ring der Nibelungen*, *Der fliegende Holländer* and *Parsifal* are being performed, our kitchen remains open after the performances –

Please note that kitchen opening times may change depending on operational circumstances. For this reason, a reservation is advisable and necessary.

Yes. On performance days, we offer our guests a special festival menu. This is available to choose from before our transfer bus departs for Bayreuth. If you order your meal in advance, it can be served to you on your return without a long wait.

Yes. Please select your chosen dish from the festival menu before the transfer bus departs. This will allow us to prepare the food and serve it to you promptly upon your return. 

We are also delighted to welcome restaurant guests who are not staying at the Hotel Kaiseralm. We recommend booking a table in advance, as seats are not always available due to high demand. 

During the chanterelle season, we offer a variety of dishes featuring fresh chanterelles. Depending on the current menu, chanterelles are served as a dish in their own right, as a side dish, or as an ingredient in selected meat, pasta and starter dishes. 

Our summer menu also includes vegetarian dishes. Depending on what’s currently available, we also offer vegan dishes or meals that can be adapted upon request. Please speak to our service team if you have any special dietary requirements. 

Please inform our service team of any allergies or intolerances you may have when placing your order. We will be happy to provide you with information about the allergens contained in our dishes that are subject to labelling requirements.

Despite taking every care, we cannot completely rule out the possibility that our dishes may contain traces of other allergens.

We generally recommend booking a table, particularly at weekends, during the festival season, on public holidays and when events are taking place at the hotel. This enables us to make the best possible preparations for your visit to the restaurant.
